Directions:
- In a fondue pot or saucepan over medium heat, warm the Tank 7 and lemon juice.
- While it is warming, toss the shredded cheese in the cornstarch. Once the beer & lemon juice mix is simmering, begin adding the cheese one handful at a time while stirring. Wait for the cheese to melt into the liquid before adding the next handful-this gradual melting will ensure you have a silky texture at the end.
- When all of the cheese has been melted, add the dry mustard and the pinch of nutmeg.
- Serve immediately with bread, fruit and veggies.
