Ingredients:
4 slices multi-grain bread
4 slices premium cheddar cheese from the deli
4 cooked bacon strips
4-6 slices honeycrisp apples
Directions:
- Preheat skillet or panini press.
- Top one slice of bread with a slice of cheddar cheese, 2-3 slices of apples, 2 bacon slices, and remaining slice of cheddar cheese.
- Place remaining bread slice on top.
- Cook sandwich in the skillet or preheated panini press until bread is lightly toasted and cheese melted, about 5 minutes.
